Let's compare Nikon Coolpix P7000 with Epson R-D1. The first model related to Small Sensor Compact, the second to Semi-Pro Mirrorless cameras. Nikon P7000 was released in 2010, and Epson R-D1 in 2004. Coolpix P7000 is newer, which is a plus. R-D1 6 years older. 6 years, this is a pretty big age difference.
