Let's compare D100 with D200. Both cameras produced Nikon. These models are included in the Semi-Pro DSLR cameras. Nikon D100 was released in 2002, and Nikon D200 in 2006. D200 is newer, which is a plus. D100 4 years older.
The sensor resolution of D100 is greater than that of D200. However, the difference of 4 MP is not very significant. The more megapixels the camera has, the more detailed and clear the picture will be.
