Olympus OM-D E-M1 with Leica M9 Overview

Let's compare Leica M9 with Olympus OM-D E-M1. These models are included in the Pro Mirrorless cameras. Leica M9 was released in 2009, and Olympus E-M1 in 2013. OM-D E-M1 is newer, which is a plus. M9 4 years older.
The sensor resolution of M9 is greater than that of OM-D E-M1. However, the difference of 2 MP is not very significant. The more megapixels the camera has, the more detailed and clear the picture will be. The number of megapixels will also affect the maximum size of the photos, which then can be printed without loss of quality.
At the second camera (OM-D E-M1), the minimum ISO value is lower, which gives more opportunities for shooting in daylight. A larger maximum ISO allows you to take good pictures in the dark. At Olympus E-M1, the maximum ISO is greater by 23100. OM-D E-M1 has image stabilization(5-axis Sensor-shift), M9 doesn’t, it is a big minus. Olympus E-M1 has a larger 3-inch Tilting screen, the other camera has a 2-inch Fixed screen.
M9 has optical (rangefinder) viewfinder, and the OM-D E-M1 doesn’t have. Viewfinder OM-D E-M1 has a higher resolution of 2360k dots, M9 has a resolution of no electronic viewfinderk dots. Burst mode, also called continuous shooting mode, sports mode or continuous high speed mode, is a shooting mode in still cameras. Leica M9 has 10.0 fps continuous shooting. Leica M9 has 10.0 fps continuous shooting.
